I was the lead designer in creating collateral for an annual partners appreciation trip. The team wanted to lean into the Palm Springs aesthetic while keeping it broadly appealing. General event branding was determined by a team of 3 designers and I was heavily involved in implementation.

Between the initial site visits and winter break, we had about 2-3 weeks to complete at least 80% of the signage. The event was held at the end of January 2025.
This lead to a lot of moving parts at the same time and a need for a quick and easy feedback system. I managed the project tickets in Notion and collected feedback in a FigJam document. This way, stakeholders could see all of the assets at the same time and leave comments on the signage instead of clicking into each individual ticket to give approvals.
