Camp Mediavine

Event branding for the company all-hands retreat. Since it was an internal event, we were able to take creative liberties with the branding while keeping the general guidelines in mind. We were given the prompt “Camp Mediavine.”

Deliverables

  • Event website
  • Name Badges
  • Swag
  • Signage

Main T-Shirt Design

A big part of the company all-hands in the past has been designing the t-shirt. So when it came to branding the event, I started there. When in the planning phase, stakeholders suggested that we include our mascot in the design of the t-shirt so that’s the direction I went in. The most challenging part was figuring out how to have the design be four colors or less since I wanted the design to be screen printed. In the end, I was able to utilize the color of the shirt as a color in the design.

Logos + Icons

Once the t-shirt was approved, I developed an event logo that could be versatile in multiple applications. Icons relating to the event were also made in the same style to be used as decorative elements.

Swag

I had a lot of freedom on the swag portion for this project. I was able to work with our merchandising representative to source products that fit within our budget and quality standards.

Signage

Since our event was spread out throughout the resort, eye-catching signage was key to help our employees navigate the area. The event coordinators we worked with did a great job styling the signage we had them print.

Website

One of the deliverables was a website with all the information that an employee would need to know before getting there and even use during the event.

Would 100% Do This Again

I ended up almost having as much fun designing the collateral for the event as I did at the actual event! It’s hard to beat goat yoga and horseback riding though.
